Confused about whats going on with me :S

Hi I'm 20 year old male, Can you please assist me? On Feb 8th almost 4 weeks ago I went to a strip club with some friends, they "treated me and i had plenty lap dances with some strippers, which in turn made my penis sore from all the gyrating...later on that nite i also had Protected Sex and Protected Oral Sex as well.....during the oral sex while the girl was jerking me off the condom tore and so i replaced it with a new one....we eventually stopped because i couldn't reach an orgasm ( penis wasn't really up to it) I got home extremely tired and went straight to bed ( without showering, which i regret) next day came and i masturbated then decided to take a shower to discover that under the head of my penis under the the ring part had a little red spot and it was just a little bit sensitive, so i showered with an odorless soap as not to cause irritation. the redness went away after a few days...now about 1st march i realised that my penis started to tingle AFTER urinating, my lymph nodes were slightly swollen but didnt hurt when pressure was applied (sometimes) and  like an on/off burning sensation in my groin area so i went to the doctor thinking i had a UTI....I told my doctor everything had a urine test and it came back negative for any uti...so he took a look at my penis and said it looked healthy and fine and that the burning cud be a result of a bacterial infection and put me on Ciproflaxcin and Ibuprofen this was March 4th....it now March the 7th the burning sensation after peeing has eased but i still have slight burning in my groin area...how long do you think the Cipro should take to get me well again...and when should I see my doctor next...I'm soo afraid I dont know what to do...also there has been a little bump which showed up on my leg below my knee, but i think this is a mosquito bite as i live in the tropics and my house has LOTS off mosquitos so i cud have gotn it while asleep..But do you think it is possible I have contracted herpes from when the condom broke?

For herpes questions you would have to post in the herpes community, I have very very limited knowledge on the subject.

Thanks for the reply buddy, this has really been bothering me...ALOT....depression..,.I had alot of anxiety because of this, which in turn caused me to inspect myself MORE THAN NORMAL :|...discovering alot of things about my body that i probably never even noticed was there before...The Ciproflaxcin seems to be working, on day 5 now and the burning after urination has creeped away....its just these on and off stinging sensations in my groin...hopefully this passes soon

Another question tho, with a herpes infection how long does it take for symptoms to show e.g lesions, bumps etc

does the infection FIRST show bumps or lesions anywhere besides the groin area?

You had no risk for a STD, even with the condom break it was such a low risk since you replaced it is is not a concern.

Try posting in men's health because your issue is not STD related.
