Confused with std results

I was tested for std's a few months ago and tested positive for chlamydia. My boyfriend admitted to being unfaithful a couple of weeks prior, and I did not mess around with any other person. Recently my stomach started hurting and I questioned him. He shared he began getting discharge the morning my syptoms began. Again I did not mess around. He informed me he went to get tested again and the results were negative. But he continued to shared that his previous results, from a few months back, also tested negative. The doctors told him he didnt have to get treated ether time, but he did the first time. So I'm concluding that he is just flat out in denial or there might be an error in his test. Can urine test for men come out negative for std's even a couple of weeks after infection?

If you are still with him do not have sex with him until he either gets retested or comes clean and says that he has been treated because you do not want to get reinfected.

Yes it is possible, rare but possible. The most likely situation is that he was treated and lied about his tests or that he took something before the tests that would have cleared the infection.
