Std? Prostatitis ?

by Greg123456, less than a minute
Hello, I received less than a minute of oral sex (I am male), about 3 weeks later, I noticed white dots on my penis, I googled it, and herpes came up. 3 months later they are atill there and I have no pain on the spots. However, I had tingling, and itching, also I had a red stinging rash all over my penis. It lasted a few days, then pain in sides, then about 2 weeks of pressure and pain and tickle I my bladder area. Then random pain inside my penis. Like something was stuck inside it. It gradually got less often. I took 2 urine tests for chlamydia and go northers, negative both times. Then went for a full exams at the std clinic. Negative for hiv and syphilis. The doc said the white dots did not look like anything to worry about. Weeks later, occasional stinging pain that seemed to be in the outside of penis behind the glans. End pain in tip of penis. Seems to come every couple days. Once the pain started in tip, then shot thru the penis and thru my perenium area. Also irritation when rubs against my underwear .Also random burning while ejactulafing, and slight pain with erection. Went to doctor who gave me cipro for urethritis. No change. Sometimes my penis and testicles feel extremely warm, and for the past 2 days penis and balls are very red and dark. This has been going I. For almost 3 months now..... Please help

How does one aquire a fungal infection in genitals? Hygiene? I was worried about herpes at first but not so much now.... Was worried about m. Genitalium. Only burned when peeing once. And once I had burn in tip of penis for like an hour after peeing. Just had pain in ejaculating today... Would fungus cause this?
