thanks, thats a relief. To note I've had irritation in the past (I was probably about 10, I'm 20 now) like a mild itch and the doctor that examined me did note that since I was uncircumcised that it would be hard to clean given the foreskin is there (and still is). So I could see that it might be an infection then. I've been very attentive lately though now and may go see a doctor if the bump doesn't go away, diminish or show signs of healing in the next few days.
My advice still doesn't change. You need to go and be seen and have this checked out. Obviously something is going on and infections under the foreskin are common.

UPDATE: On second thought I wouldn't say this bump is very painful per say but I do feel discomfort at times when I touch it to clean it. And to note I think I may have exaggerated the size of the bump upon further examination it's now more I'd say pea size possibly smaller or larger give or take but it definitely is noticeable.
It's very hard to tell if there is a white head or something identifiable on there like that, the overall look of the bump is red like its raw or it has blood underneath it but there is also natural skin tone around it too although with some lighting I see like a miniscule dot shaped nick on the top of the bump (like a cut but not deep or anything, it's just there).
since you are uncircumsized you can get infections under your foreskin whether you are sexually active or not. I recommend going to see your provider and have this looked at. Since you haven't been sexually active it's obviously not a std so take a few deep breaths about that one!
