Syphilis?

I've posted on here before about receiving oral from another man almost 7 months ago. Started with mostly just urethral irritation and had rapid reagin plasma test done at 11 1/2 weeks which came out negative. I also had extreme sore throat and night sweats around 2-3 month mark which went away until about a week ago. Now my glands are swollen, my neck burns and so does my chest sometimes. I'm getting tested again today but was wondering if anyone could tell me how possible the 11 1/2 week test was a false negative. Also I never saw any lesions.

Thank you life. I guess I'll hopefully get that reassurance from the 6 1/2 month test I just took in a couple of days. Just wanted to make sure there was no false negative from taking the test to early, or not producing the antibodies soon enough, or because RRP was the wrong test to take at that time, etc. by the way the test at 11 1/2 weeks said it was "non reactive". There isn't a cut off to where I could have shown minimal amounts and it just states it's non reactive, right?

Hi, testing 6 weeks post exposure would be conclusive.
