Difference between std rashes and angiokeratoma of Fordyce

So I observed a red brownish round spot like pimple on my balls beside an artery. I observed it by chance because I am worried about STDs and I was wondering how can I distinct the difference between and std rash and one of angiokeratoma of Fordyce.

Go to the doctor and let them examine you.

You had no STI risk. It's not that.

Also, seek some counseling. You are obsessing.
