Dirt/wax looking brown pieces out of vagina and anus

Hello Doctor,

About 3 weeks ago I had sexual intercourse with a man and used a condom. After having sex for a while, we realized the condom broke. So we got another one. I notice my vagina got very dry after trying to have sex for the 2nd time. 4 days later I had yeast like symptoms. So I treated myself and all of the symptoms went away. Except this brown looking wax/dirt/brown soft rubbery stuff coming out of my vagina that looks something like a yeast infection. I am not sure what its call or what that stuff can be. I also notice the same stuff coming out of my anus when I whip. I could take a shower and it goes away, but later on in the day when I whip my anus and vagina I see those things again. Its almost like I never wash and its dirt there. Sometimes I have tingling in my anus because I think I have a little cut from washing or whipping to hard. I don't have anal sex or finger myself there.
Sometimes theirs a little bit of blood on the tissue when I whip my anus, but I haven't seen any in a week or so. I have no odor, not really discharging, the color looks white no itching or burning. But my wetness/discharge is a little thick but not really coming out of my vagina. When I stick my finger in my vagina I see the brown little stuff on my finger. I am not sure what this can be. I am convinced its a yeast infection that hasn't gone away. But when I notice when I whip my anus its the same stuff there. Which I never experienced before. Please help doctor

I have the same!  Please tell me you know what this is.   I've had a pap smear that tested for yeast and STD's but my results came back "completely normal" according to my OBGYN

Hi, did you ever get to find out whether it was a yeast infection or not? I had symptoms of little brown pieces too before and after being treated for a yeast infection and was told that it could possibly be left over residue from the yeast infection. Really strange and I couldn't find any information about those symptoms online either. They took std tests and everything was negative thankfully.

Thank you Grace for your response. I don't think theirs a chance of pregnancy and I am not taking any pills. After the sexual intercourse almost a week later I started my period for a week. The brown looking stuff went away during my period. 3 days after my period it came back. I am definitely going to go see a doctor this week. If this isn't yeast infection symptoms, what else can it be symptoms of? I tried looking up my symptoms( the brown pieces stuff in vagina and anus) and I can't find anything.

this is not the doctor's forum - you have to pay to post there.

you need to be seen and get a proper exam and testing done. no more guessing and self treating for yeast . women only self diagnose yeast correctly 30% of the time. since you had condom failure, you need to be seen for proper testing. your symptoms also are not signs of a yeast infection anyways.

is there a chance of pregnancy or are you on the pill?
