Discomfort at tip of penis

Hello
I met a girl but we didn't have penetrative sex. She only rubbed her vagina at the base of my penis for few minutes with no penetration.
Yesterday, 32 days after this act, I started to feel a mild discomfort at the tip of my penis. I have no discharge, and no pain when urinating, no smell, no lesions etc... just discomfort at the tip of my penis.
I have no sign of prostatitis.
I am wondering could it be an STD? 32 days aren't far to develop STD symptoms?
Thx

Hi Grace
Thx for your answer.
Urinalysis and Urine culture were negative. Everything is nornal.
PSA level 0.13 which is normal.
I will go to the doctor for full STDs test.
But I just remembred 1 thing: I run 1 hour each day on my treadmill at home. And I have a problem with my thighs become allergic because of friction. So lately I started to use Talcum Powder 2-3 times during my 1 hour running. I stupidly used the Talcum Powder inside the underwear for many times which came in direct contact with the tip of my penis. I am wondering can this be a chemical irritation?
Thx for your help

it is a little late to start showing symptoms.

I'd go and be seen monday and get some basic urine testing done as well as a manual exam of your prostate to check for prostatitis.
