Discomfort penis
I had two protected sex with two different casual partner two months ago.
1) On occasion I have burning sensation when I urine which comes and goes.
2) On certain days I felt normal
3) The first time I felt itch in my tip of urethra, I had to squeeze it damn hard to ease the itch and subsequently the itch is bearable.
4) I sometimes will also felt a sharp sharp pain in the tip of the urethra.
5) All these happen in approximately 1 cm from the tip when I am erected.
6) I sometimes feel the area of my penis will itch but there is nothing, no sores, no visible warts or pain or rash
7) Sometimes everything is normal and I felt good
8) I have no discharge, no sores, no rashes on my penis.
9) I had a general urine test for WBCs, Protein, etc and it is fine.
10) Doctor did a visible check on my penis.
11) Everything happen inside the penis tip
What is your advice?

please help, I have went for STDs and HIV check up all comes back negative. what can be the cause??
