Am in infected with a sti

im going to tell you my story, in October last year i had protected sex with csw, and 1 week later i felt horrible pain in my testicles and went to the doctor here i was prescribed with cipro daily for 2 weeks, so i carried on as normal taking the medicine, after this i was so worried i went bk to doctors and was tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia test came back negative, i was taken cipro at the time so i was scared it could of interrupted the test, so i went to gu doctor and told him i was worried he told me you dont need to worry because cipro is not a curable antibiotic for any of the two infections you mentioned above, and sent me to a urologists here we done the urine sample and blood for prostate, prostate came back perfectly fine and urine test came back.
White Blood Cells / Pus Cells 0-1
Red Blood Cells Nil
Squamous Epithelial Cells Few
Transitional Epithelial Cells Nil
Crystals Amorphous
phosphates: +
Hyaline Casts Nil
Casts Nil
Bacteria Few
Mucus Nil
Yeast Cells Nil
so after this i went back to gu clinic and done a swab test where he checked under the microscope and said to me you have no live cells and to get on with my life.
so i carried on as normal, after a couple of weeks i started to begin server burning pain in my lower abdomen and the the clear discharge appeared a week ago again i went back to the gu clinic and he check the discharge and still no live cells under the microscope appeared.
the discharge varies in time morning and night mainly and usualy have to milk it out and varies in could from clear to twice being white could had be seaman because did have an erection before this
so here it is
1. what is the benefit of a swab test compaired to the urine ?
2. would it show i had a bacteria infection just from the swab test or is urine needed to?
3. are the urine test a good identification that i didnt have an infection because of the finding s being 0-1 wbc?
4. so if i dont have a sti what is causing all this problems could it be stress ??

but if i did have sex with out a condom, which i didnt, would the discarge show white blood cells, or no thats all im wondering ? because oviously if white blood cells are present it means an infection but im stressed and anxiety is getting the worst of me,
if i pulled the condom of and it touch me penis her juice would it effect me ?

do you have to milk it or the discharge just come out on its own? I'm guessing it just your anxiety bro, i also have the same experience like you and got myself an urine test, my doctor said that the discharge is actually the white blood cells that tried to clear the Gon/Chlam bacteria and it would show up in the test result in a high index and it is normal to have a few bacteria and small number of white blood cells. I am not a doctor and i'm just sharing my experience, hope you fine bro and keep safe.
