Do I have an STD or something else?

Yesterday I made one of the worst choices of my life and decided to have unprotected sex. The result is this morning I woke up with flaky, shiny and dry skin with some redness on my scrotum but no other symptoms have shown up this far. I have done some research and most sources say that these are common signs of Scrotal Eczema, although I have to imagine it is some sort of STD. No sores, bumps have appeared and I am very confused. Do I have to visit a doctor or will Anti-fungal cream from the store work?
