Do I have an STD?

I have had sex with 23 women (many prostitutes). I have only had bareback sex with 7 women (range from no risk to slightly high risk). They said they did not have any diseases but don't really know if their word means anything.
My bareback encounters started in Oct 2009. I was last tested in Dec 2009 and was clean. I will be getting tested again this week.
I have no STD symptoms- nothing growing on or irritation of penis/genital area, no swollen lymph nodes
Just have a runny nose.
Is it possible I have HIV or any other STD?

Rare...no, just not as easy as male to female.

Start using condoms all of the time.
You can test now for gonorrhea and syphilis and then as I have said it is 3 months for HIV.

My last unprotected encounter was 19 days ago. Should I get tested soon?

If your last unprotected encounter was Oct and you tested Dec then you do not have a STD. HIV tets is conclusive at 3 months.
