Do I have an std?

January 3rd, 2017 I had sex with a prostitute in dubai, unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex. No symptoms were appeared. Fast forward to February 7th, I had unprotected oral sex with another prostitute and I also went down on her for 10 seconds at the most, licked down there 3-4 times. But the vaginal sex was protected.  I had gotten a sore throat and a slight cold a week after the last interaction. 3 weeks after the last interaction I got tested for ghonorea and chlymydia and they both came back negative. I got a culture test for strep throat which also came back negative. About a week ago my anus started to irritate and it would hurt after a bowl movement and I have had diarrhea twice or 3 times in the past week or so. My foreskin hurts every time I pull on it (i masturbate once a day maybe twice). I have a sore throat, a blister in my mouth which lasted for 3 days and is going away, and dry mouth/nose, my tonsils are swollen and I do get a throwing up feeling from time to time when i burp or swallow sometimes. I'm getting eczema where I usually get it(on my hands/knuckles) and I do get tingling feelings in my legs and arms. I have had a throat infection back in September 2016 and I do have asthma. That's everything I know and I'm worried I may have an STD, if anybody could help me it would be great, thank you.

Symptoms of Syphilis or herpes with chancres and blisters would appear about 2 weeks later not 2 months and pimples are not blisters or chancres.

And i forgot to add that i had a mouth ulcer a couple weeks ago which went away in a few days and i had had a pimple like bump on my lower gum and also a pimple on my pelvis, closer to my shaft. Does that help with anything? Or could the mouth ulcer/blister be caused by smoking weed.

Hi none of what you mention suggest you contracted any std with your affairs. Test for syphilis and herpes only if you have a long term partner.
