HIV from inserting my finger ?

Sorry if it’s a duplicate post I posted the same on the other chats . Would there be a risk of HIV from fingering a female saying she had a high viral load . I have my tests tomorrow for full screen but trying to calm nerves in advance

I'm going to let the fine folks in HIV answer about HIV (though there's no risk) and will address the STD questions that I'm sure will come later -

There is no risk for any STD from this. Fingering is not a risk for any STD or HIV.

Did someone actually say she had a high viral load, or is this a fear of yours? It doesn't matter - her viral load could be sky high and it would change the risk from fingering - but this doesn't sound like something someone would say.

Thank you . I haven’t had a response from the other thread . It wasn’t something she said it was me being hypothetical so I can stop worrying over this right . Thanks in advance
Yes, you can stop worrying. There is no risk here, no cause for worry, no chance of infection.
