Yesterday, i went to a massage place. And the lady only use hand on me (handjob, no sex), but i kissed her nipples and she kissed my nipples too (both use tongue). I touched her butt direclty, and her vagina but outside clothes (she was wearing panty and short)

So do i have any STDs risk in this case, the virus can tranfer to me (from vagina fluid through clothes, i dont feel wet in my hand, but ís it possible?. And tranfer from towel even it was washed) ?

The towel is not a factor, Sti do not survive on towels or in open air .. Or outside the body whether in fluid or not. You had a zero risk incident.
