How soon should this be treated?

I received oral unprotected two days back and today there was some white liquid at the tip of my penis.. Over the last night I saw that there was discharges as well. I could see some whitish stains on my pj I have no other symptoms

I checked with symptom checker and this points to gonorrhea or chlamydia.. now the problem is i was trying to setup an appointment with a doctor but i wont get an appointment till mid next week. Is it ok to wait until then? How long before gonorrhea or chalmydis would start having long term effects?

Thanks for the help

If it was an std from oral sex, most likely it would be NGU/NSU or gonorrhea.  Both of these would cause a discharge. There is no specific time frame before long term effects take place.  Depending on the person, it can a few months, 6 months, a year...
