iso insight concerning out of range blood work

Hello.
1 yr ago I had unprotected oral/vaginal sex with 2 women and 1 of the woman was an online hookup.
Strange symptoms but never tested positive for anything a yr out.

Here is my story, sry the the excessive detail.

Tested by infectious dr up to a yr. ( i know)
Had strange crap and to this day still get forehead and back shoulder bumps and confirmed miled fat redistribution.
4Th gen labcorp neg as expected however I have some out of range lymphs. I see the dr next week so some direction to help me ask the right questions would be appreciated.

CD19 + lymphs high. 28.5 range 3.3/25.4
CD 3 pos lymph low 51.2 range 57.5/86.2
CD 8 pos lymph low 11.1 range 12/35.5
WBC 5.9 range 3.4/10.8
RBC 4.5 range 4.14/5.8
MCH HIGH 33.8 range 26/33
CD4 absolute helper 660
Abs. CD 8 suppressor 189 range 109/897, low norm.
What are the concerns here?
This is confusing stuff to me.

We deal with STD's on thsi forum, not blood work interpertation.

Yes, I have an appointment with him tomorrow about my results.

I've did a search on these values as I like to have some understanding of things to be better prepared.

Just looking for insight.
