Exposure to gonnoreah

I know I've been exposed to gonnoreah because my partner stated that to me today. We are in a new relationship and apparently she carried it with her from her last.
I am leaving out of the country tomorrow!
I took  a 1000 mg zpack her doctor prescribed for me, and now I'm off to Germany.
Is that pill going to work?
What if she also has chlamidia , syphyilis? Can I count on tha one zpack? Or am I going to have to find a way to get treatment in EU?

So if I have been exposed, then the z-pack will be effective for killing those three potential infections?

Full testing for STIs is recommended in this circumstance.

Yes I would wait two weeks and have this complete testing including for gon that will be a 'proof of cure' type test (noting that it isn't conclusive you needed to be cured!)
