odds of protected rimming,licking body and protected oral?

Thank you for your help. I am travelling in China and last night, a chinese friend treated me to a massage club. A charming young lady licked my body with hot water which she claimed contains disinfectant, then she performed protected rimming (with condom in her tongue) on my anus, then I finished ejaculation in her mouth (also with condom on my penis), no vaginal penetration at all.
When I got back to hotel I found myself having done quite a stupid thing and realised that syphilis is common in China. So according to the discription above, could you please tell me my chance to get any std (especially syphilis), and is testing needed?
