False positive gonorrhea test?

Last week I went in for my annual with my OBGYN and was swabbed for STD testing as usual. A few days later I got a call saying I came back positive for gonorrhea but negative for chlamydia. I was initially angry because since my last STD test a year ago, I've only intimate with one man, so I had to of gotten it from him. He was tested for all STDs and came back negative for gonorrhea and everything else. He had only been intimate with one other women, but she said her STD results were inconclusive. So how is it possible that I'm positive for gonorrhea and he is not? Could this be a false positive or a false negative result? We've both been treated a few days ago so getting retested may not show accurate results.

Hi, swabbs area very accurate for confirming positive, meaning they found the gono bug but when its negative does not mean they dont have gono, it means they did not find it so i would suggest he take a urine test to confirm this.
