It probably wouldn't look like much - maybe some redness.

And yes, its possible to get oral herpes from giving oral sex, but its not likely.

I am going to the doctor hopefully tomorrow but my concerns are growing.
I have a loss of appetite and hot flashes.... could this be another sign?

It will be fine, I'm sure, and let us know what happens.

No I can't say it isn't for sure, and I thought you meant on the outside of your cheek, not in your mouth.

I think you need to make another appt with the doc, be upfront, and go from there.

A sore on your cheek isn't likely to be an std, and by not telling your doctor that you had oral sex, he can't treat you to the best of his ability.

There's nothing to be embarrassed about - I'm sure he's had oral sex, too.  ;)

So you've seen your doctor already?  What did your doctor say it was?

I'd go see a doctor.  Maybe you have something like strep throat, and if the guy had strep, you could possibly get a strep infection genitally.

I do not know what the bumps or spots coupld be. Symptoms do not develop into anything, you either have something or you don't.

If you want to be certain you can see a Dr.

If you gave oral sex then it would not effect your vagina. it is possible to get gonorrhea, syphilis or herpes. But chances are very low for STD transmission via oral sex. Also if it was gonorrhea most cases are asymptomatic and most cases clear up within a couple of weeks.
Without any noticible sores then herpes and syphilis is not really a concern.
