Protected vaginal, unprotected oral sex with SW. 3 weeks later lymph node pain

I had protected vaginal and unprotected oral with a SW about three weeks about. A couple of nights ago I noticed what looked like a tiny single scabbed lesion on my scrotum. This was combined with pretty intense pain in my lymph nodes or testicles (though it was testicles...but maybe now that I think about it it could have been lymph nodes). The tiny scabbed lesion appeared to be right on a vein, like in the middle of one. I picked away a bit at it (stupid) and then went to get it swabbed the next day. I have tested negative at 2.5 weeks for gonorrhoea and chlymidia, but what I am terrified about is herpes.  I tested negative at 2.5 weeks but apparently that is way too soon. I took antibiotics for gonorhea, chlymidia and syphilis, but apparently that was probably not necessary

After the antibiotics, the pain subsided (or maybe it was slightly before, it's hard to remember). The dot was been fully picked away and is a tiny, barely bigger than a pinprick spot now. I have had no other symptoms other than loss of appetite but I think that is just because I am so damn nervous.

My questions:
1) Does this sound like herpes or could it be something else?
2) At what point is the herpes IgG / western blot REASONABLY accurate. Like, not 100%, but pretty accurate. I've heard 12 weeks. Do I seriously have to wait that long? Like is there are shorter time where it is PROBABLY accurate, especially is my lymph nodes are active? Thanks in advance.
