Genital Wart? or something else

Last week I was at the beach when symptoms began occurring. I urinated in the ocean on wednesday and noticed a slight itch into thursday when I noticed a slight discharge starting. Friday, things seemed to worsen as it was more like a slight burn after urinating and pretty much all the time. It is not bad at all, but I also noticed a small bump hardly noticeable (basically only when looking at the penis from the superficial view). It is more visible at sometimes rather than others but it began to become more inflamed on friday as well as the urethral opening on the glans. I was stuck in the airport friday night and symptoms lessened and inflammation was gone later that night into saturday morning. As soon as I got home, I went to medExpress where they conducted a urinalysis(he did not find much far from the norm, but there was a slight pus level I believe). Anyways, he proceeded to put me on doxycycline (100mg) twice a day for seven days expecting a urinary infection of some sort. I left assured I had nothing to worry about. The slight draining continued to occur into the night and when I woke up Sunday morning. The bump was still there so I went to the ER to be checked for any STD or a possible genital wart. They took another urinalysis(which I believe came back ok) and also swabbed my urethra to check for chlamydia or gonorrhea. They gave me an injected into the buttocks and said to continue the doxycycline. The nurse practitioner referred me to a dermatologist to have the small bump checked out.  It is the same color as the rest of the skin on my glans and is sometimes more visible than others. The drainage is still there slightly and the slight burn has pretty much subsided (it is still there very slightly and is a little more noticeable after urination). I was wondering if this could be a possible genital wart or something else..hopefully nothing to worry about. Please, any input would be appreciated.
