What could this be?

On the left side of my penis shaft, I noticed a few very small, maybe 1mm white pigmented areas. After a few days, they were raised somewhat, but still not much in size. Usually skin tone, maybe a small white dot in the middle at times. When I wake up in the morning, they are very small and are only more noticable after an erection sometimes. They have only been on my penis for about a week and a half and have remained the same color and size. I guess you could say they look somewhat like pimples at times. They do not itch or hurt. What could this be?

I have not been sexually active in six months and at that time it was only with a homogoenous partner, with both of us being each others only partners.

I know I should get this checked out but wanted a possible disagnosis before hand. Could this be an std or a simple skin infection. I do not think that I could have an std, but I guess anything is possible.

homogoenous?  I think you mean monogamous dear unless you are talking about  milk ;)

This could be anything from something completely normal to even a fungal infection aka jock itch. Since it's bothering you go see your provider and get it looked at so you can have peace of mind.  I really wouldn't be too worried about a std as the cause.

It does seem that you have an STD considering your lack of exposure. To be honest your body changes and things begin to show-up that were not there before.

A few years ago, I had a crazy thing that happend that a pink spot appeared on my chest. I showed it to demintionlogist and it turned out to be nothing. Now I have several pink dots on my chest.
