white bumps on scrotum

I've had these white pumps on the left side of my scrotum for a couple months. Just by looking at it you can't really see them but if I stretch the skin I can see quite a few of these little white bumps. They look exactly like pimples only smaller. There's one that is noticeable and is bigger than the rest and sometimes it itches. I was wondering what these were because the bigger one that itches is a bit annoying. Should I try and pop the bigger one?

youve most likely made the bigger one inflamed by picking at it. If your worried and feel these are not normal then by all means have your dermatoligist check it to make sure all is ok. Its always good to see a doctor once in a while.

So I shouldn't worry about it? It doesn't really bother me.
