undiscovered STD???

I keep reading the same symptoms over and over from men, like a itchy/tingling/burning sensation at the tip of the penis that occurs 2 days after unprotected sex with a woman and STD tests are all NEGATIVE..I am having the same problem. 2 days after unprotected vaginal intercourse with a woman, the tip of my penis felt very irritated and itchy. I had STD tests done and all came back negative. My doc put me on Zithromax and Doxy and Flagyl...I am stil having symptoms, along with a burning sensation inside of my penis..I have no discharge or any other symptoms, just an irritated, burning sensation inside my penis...please help

It could be fungal, especially if you've taken all these antibiotics.
You can definitively get fungal infections in your penis and they have this annoying "tingling" sensation.
All tests for STD will obviously be negative and even though you can get fungal infections from sex, they are not considered STDs by the literature.

I'm no doctor but you can try some OTC antifungal cream and see what happens. You have nothing to lose.

One last piece of advice, try to engage in distracting activities, go to a paintball match or something absorbing and then look back in retrospect and see if you felt better while you were busy. Sometimes our own heads make up stuff.

I have the exact same thing man, i actually got here by googling undiscovered stds because im pretty convinced it is one. There are tons of reports of this... Doctors all just say its in our head, i assure you its not. I have exact same symptoms, two days later. The burning / tingling gets noticeably stronger after ive smoked a joint too. Do you ever get a painful feeling in your testicles too? Almost like they are being lightly squeezed?

All that medication would have cured a bacterial STD. Follow up with your Dr.

I had 2 tests. The 1st was about 10 days afterward, and it was negative..then after still having symptoms for another month, I went and had another test done to check for hepatitis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, all came back negative...is NGU and chlamydia the same thing? Should I take something for NGU and maybe that will help? I'm clueless at this point. Thank you
