Sign of any kind of illness or dease

My boyfriend has a clear liquid coming out of his penis. It doesn't smell or any discolored or any stain from his underwear.  He told me that it's a pre- ejaculation. He doesn't hav any pain nor any discomfort in any kinds of way.. I asked him to get check. All the doc ordered was urine culture, urinalysis with diff. CMP, n Lipid panel. Do I need to worry abt that liquid and is it true that it is a pre-ejaculation? Shouldn't a per-ejaculation suppose to be cloudy lik a regular cum?

Pre ejaculate is different from sperm. Pre ejaculate is a lubricate that the male body created when aroused.  It's the same that as when a woman gets "wet".  I would just wait for his results to come back.  It he had a hard on before you noticed this clear fluid, then most likely that's what it is.  Guys get boners all the time.  I wouldn't worry.

Just a little but it's just more clear then sperm as if it is liquid soap. Sperms isnt it suppose to be cloudy white? Is it normal to have it a pre-ejaculation?

Pre-ejaculation is color-less, basically you described it already, it's clear without any smell. Doesn't look like sperm.
