About a 5 months ago i had drips of blood when urinating so i seen a doctor and due to low medical coverage he just went ahead and treated me for gonorrhea and chlamydia symptoms went away. Then soon after i have sharp pains in my testicles and prostate area also some very bad burning and itching in my first spintcher and prostate area. I then again went to the doctor where they gave me antibiotics for prostatis after a month of antibiotics symptoms showed no improvement. i then went to the health department and was tested for gonorrhea chlamydia hiv and Syphilis. All these test came up clean. i still have very bad itching and burning especially after i use the bathroom i have been using cortisone 10 that seems to help the symptoms really well but it still gets hard to ignore many time. any suggestions would be amazing i cant afford to go to the doctor anymore and im worried if it is a bad infection or something
well i seem to be having alot of signs of prostatis so i think i may still have that just possibly not been treated for the right kind the first treatment i received
anal itching after a bowel movement isn't std related at all.
continue to follow up with medical providers to try to get a better idea of what is going on. hemorrhoids can also cause these symptoms so they can check for those too.

Not really itching when i urinate just alot after i go number 2 really itchy also when i sweat seems like sometimes i can feel my prostate throbbing sometimes i dont know what to do ive tried everything. Any ideas what could be going on
we don't recommend using otc topical steroids in the genital area. they are too strong and can cause irritation as well as thinning of the delicate genital skin which can lead to further problems.
at this point, return to the health department for further evaluation. make sure they are doing a manual exam of your prostate to see if it's still enlarged at all too.
