Oral sex

Hi everyone,

13 weeks ago I had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral with a sex worker, who had a flu.

- the following day of that relation I started to have a frequent urge to urinate which lasted for some time, than appeased for some time, than I had it again (now I don't urinate so frequently and have less such urge). On this same day I started to have a burning sensation which lasted like 2/3 days (I had washed my penis with soap after the fellatio).I also started to have some pain/discomfort in my left testicle for some time than it disappeared. Later and till now I am experiencing intermittent groin discomfort, upper leg discomfort which varies in places on the legs and discomfort in the interior part of the upper leg ( all this discomfort is not regular)

- 10 days after the relation I had small itchy pimples, with some transparent liquid inside of some of them, that appeared on separate place of my body (I had this after going to the beach). these pimples disappeared by themselves like 5/7 days later.

- 11 weeks after the relation I started to have mild fever (37,2/ 37,3) which lasted for a week. the temperature was also going back to normal during the day.

At 8 weeks I did the following tests, which where all Negative
-HIV ELISA 3rd generation test
-Syphilis
-Chlamydia
-Gonorrhea
-Hepatitis A - 0.55   reference range negative if below 0.8
-Hepatitis B and C
-Urine Culture and CBC all normal

At 13 weeks I did the following tests:
-HIV by MEIA ab/ag - Negative
-Urine culture and analysis - normal
-HSV 1 and 2 IgG and IgM - with a value of 1 for all except HSV - 1 IgM which was 2 EU/ml  (reference range negative if below 9.0)
- HPV by DNA (PCR) - Negative

What kind of STD's could I have caught? are there other tests that I should do? could have had an infection due of the fact that she had a flu?

Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you very much vance fo your reply.

So do you think it could be an NGU or other kind of infection?

I was just wondering if I should retest for syphilis and Hepatitis B as I read that the window period is 3 months like the HIV?

Last thing, do u know why I have 0.55 value for Hepatitis A although it is negative? and why I also have 1 and 2 values for HSV tests?

Thank you very much

Your tests covered everything. No need for any additional testing. Symptoms never sounded like a STD
