Std? Or hpv?

I'm not sure where to put this considering it might be nothing. But lately I've noticed red skin colored bumps around genital area. They don't hurt and they don't itch. It's been 2 months since I've noticed them and they haven't gone away. I did have BV like 6 months ago. Wondering if anyone has the same bumps or know what could be going on?
