Thrush Symptoms after Oral Sex

Hi
I am a male and received unprotected sex around 2 weeks ago
It only last about 20 seconds. No other sex involved
About a week later I started experiencing Thrush symptoms, sore and itchy head of penis
I've had that for about a week and a half now.
I have no other symptoms other than that, no discharge, burning etc, just the itchiness
In the absence of any other symptoms should I just think it's Thrush an unrelated to the Oral Sex? or could it be something else.
Thanks so much

Probably unrelated as 20 seconds really is not a risk.
