I need help plz. Is this an STD

I have this bump on the head of my penis. It is very very tiny and hardly noticeable unless the skin is pulled and examined. The skin feels smooth. I noticed it 10 days ago so i went to my derma to get it check out, he said the skin looks normal to him but maybe it was to small to be seen. He also told me that if u cant feel it and the skin is smooth then its not a wart. My question: would a wart have changed size in ten days, i would think it would have grown in 10 days?  I trust my dermas opinion cuz hes very very knowledgable but like i said maybe it was to small for him to see. From my point of view it maayyyyyyy have grew evvvvvvvvver so small, maybe not even at all and im just paranoid. Also i heard almost all warts clear within 1-2 years, thats true.

Thank you.

I have moved the post into the HPV forum as you were asking about that.

See a Dr if concerned.
