Two nights ago I had oral sex as well as hand sex with a girl, both ways. It was very rough. I now have what looks like bruising on my penis particularly around the frenulum as well as it being very raw and sore there also. Tonight I noticed tiny, pimple like spots on the bruise. Do I have an STD?! PLEASE HELP

Thank you for the reassurance. I'm still going to get it checked out I think. It's itchy now and there is pain in my stomach and lower pubic area. Half of me thinks it's in my mind. But I'm wondering if there is more to it. There are new spots where they were before now. They are white on the red irritated bit. Sorry to keep going, but I'm worrying myself and it's stopping me functioning properly.
