Help with a STD

Hi everyone and thanks so much for any help or advice you could give me.

I had unprotected oral Sex with a prostitute one year ago and since the very first instance, when I was leaving I started to feel some puncture like pain in my pennis tip. So strange I thought. It might be some std, but no std shows Symptoms that fast, do they????

So I stayed calm, and only had that feeling from time to time, but everything else normal until four months later I started feeling pain in my abdominal area, on the bladder area. It was for some days with s little fever, then disappeared, and then it came back again for se days. A month later I started feeling pain on my pubic area. I couldn't even sleep. I visited a doctor who made me many tests for bladder and prostate, and blood serological tests. all were ok. She sent me to an urologists who just checked my pennis and testicles and finallybtold me everything was ok. Time passed and pain went further so in a desperate situation I decided to directly take cefixime. After taking it for one week I felt no change... And then, a week more later, one week after quitting that antibiotic, all my pain suddenly disappeared.

However a couple of weeks later I started feeling an itchy pennis... The last four months I have been feeling an itchy and reddish penis, slight inguinal pain, slight pubic pain and reddish glans, sometimes quite red. So far barable and not that strong as it used to be before. Symptoms are mainly there but they seem to disappear for a couple of days from time to time. During this time, I got tested through NaaT urine test for gonorrea, Chlamydia, mycoplasm and thricomoniasis for three times. First in February, then in mars and finally in may. All tests were negative with around six hours of urine continence.

I can believe it, since I have clear symptoms and cefixime seemed to somehow work. In addition common urine test were also ok (no nitrites, no leucocytes, no anything). But my glans is partially red,.mainly around my urethra and I feel several kind of pains on the surrounding area.. In addition, I could note sometimes, specially after shiting, a little mucous perfectly transparent discharge I wasn't able to note if I didn't intentionally inspect my urethra.

Please any advice??? Should I undergo any other kind of test that could help me?? A new urologists I am visiting sent me to take a semen culture whose results I am waiting for and I decided to go and take a specific gonorrhea culture and inspection through Thayer-Martin procedure. Should I take swap Naat instead of urine NaaT test??

I'd thank you any comment you could have on this. I really feel desperate.

So its safe to rule out an STI. Speak to your doctor about prostatitis

I recently got my results from a semen culture and all they found is saprophytic flora. But pain and symptoms are really like an infection and it's really frustrating getting results telling there's nothing there. Couldn't it be an infective specimen passing undetected under common tests and others than gonorrea or Chlamydia? I heard also about the possibility of urethral infection by meningococcus. I don't know what else todo do

Thank you anyway for your answer.
It's not an STD. When you saw the urologist, did they do any imaging, like an ultrasound or any scans?

That sounds like what you need next. You've had all the testing, and need some imaging done to see if there is a physical problem.
What AJ Said.

Move on from an STI point of view as it is not this :)
