Do I have Chlamydia/Gonorrhea or another type of infection??

So I've been in limbo and I'm trying to figure out what's going on. I am an aa male. I had an encounter with an prostitute that ended with brief oral sex. I didn't have any symptoms. Then I developed a slight burning while peeing. I don't have any discoloration or any other symptoms. I've been tested and I'm waiting on my STD Panel to come back which is taking forever. My doctor has not been in contact with me and I don't know if that's because I'm good or not good. I have had fungal infections before but this has been lingering. Trying to understand the nature of STD's can symptoms fade over time. Or did I damage myself doing something. Right now the burning is there throughout the day but it's gradually getting less sever. I want to get help. I see the doc on Wednesday. I did put alcohol on my whole region immediately after the encounter. So I'm not sure if it's just damage from that. I don't have drip. I don't have a smell. No discharge. Just this sensation. It's getting duller. I've looked and I've seen that it could be dysuria or a uti. The initial uti that was done came back negative. In my blood and urine panel it showed a few bacteria. My eGFR is 91 (AA male) and Creatinine is 1.20. So I'm not sure if I'm experiencing something with my kidneys or not. It's a very strange predicament. Please help. Thank you.

hi using a condom would prevent any germs from entering your penis so what ever issue your having inside your penis is not related to any std but maybe an injury. std symptoms dont come and go but are constant.
