Risk for STD, particularly HIV?

Hi everyone,  I could use some perspective.  I had protected sex with a CSW.  Bad idea, I know. I'd like to understand the risks.  Here are the facts:

-Used three condoms, all functioned fine.  No breakage, and minor (if any) slippage.

-I realized later that two of the condoms were expired by five months.  They were not brittle and seemed to work just fine.  This is one of the things I find most worrisome.

-She kissed my penis but we did not have insertive oral sex.

-All insertive vaginal sex was protected with a condom.

-I called her and asked her about her STD/health status and she told me I had nothing to worry about.  That counts for something, right?

This happened about 48 hours ago.  What are my risks, and should I seek out PEP?

Thanks,
Keith
