urgent help

For the past couple of months Every time i Have unprotected sex with my girlfriend irritation sometimes swelling around my foreskin and sometime my head, last around for around two or three days. SOunds silly but i self medicated with rubbing alcohol (which burns but also cooling sensation) and within the next day or two its gone.
I usually try to wash after sex... but sometime just get exhausted and get lazy
I think it might be sort of bacteria or fungal in her vagina. But i hope its not an std because it only occurs the day after we have unprotected sex. This has never happened with any other girl
I hope i'm not allergic to vulvas'.... before her i didnt have sex for nearly 1 year... so i know its not me. I need quick help to know what it is.. Herpes, HPV, Bacteria, fungal?

I've heard of some people having allergic reactions to their partner's fluids, that might be why your skin gets irritated. It could also be a yeast infection (which can be treatde with over the counter oitments). It's probably not herpes or hpv if it only happens the day after.
