Weird infection after sex

Hey there for the past 8 months after un protected sex I have been experiencing some sort of infection...it began with a change in stool, then with random red blotchy skin rashes and tiny red itchy dots that would appear on my trunk, legs and forearms..I had severe abdominal pain with bladder pain and testicle pain on the right side...I was tested for stds except herpes which were all negative.  I then developed really itchy eyes and eye discharge that is white elasticy and clear and sticky..my tongue has kind of a white coat, weak ejaculation, red tip of penis that has a warm sensation inside the penis, the penis itself feels irritated and gets dry skin when erected and sometimes peels, really fatigue, night sweats, arm pit aches along with the itchy blotchy rashes and inconsistent loose stools, and muscle twitching..I also feel really dehydrated...I'm stumped along with my family doctor on what sort of infection from sex could be causing this systemic reaction...I keep thinking its herpes bc I haven't been tested for that yet.  I've been given cipro, suprax, dimoxcilyn or something like that, been on candida diet also but still haven't figured this out..any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

you paid to post to the herpes expert forum but I can tell you that absolutely none of these symptoms are herpes related.  none of them are even std related at all.

are you following up with your provider monthly as needed for your symptoms?

Hi and welcome. If you have a herpes please post on the herpes forum as is specific.
Your symptoms seem anxiety induced. I think you should go have a compete physical and talk to  your doctor in depth about what you have mentioned here.
