Sore on inner labia

I had unprotected sex two weeks ago, and had my period the following week. It wasn't till after my period that my vagina began to be sore when peeing, now I've noticed a red tint to my inner labia as well as a bump that is very tender to my left of the clitoris. When I went to the bathroom there was a little blood I believe, or at least a pinkish color. I am wondering if it is an STD or yeast infection. I've never had either before, has anyone else experienced this personally or heard about it?

You should see a Dr, does not sound like much but can't really say. All unprotected encounters put you at risk for a STD unless you know your partners status.

I also had unprotected sex around three days ago and I started my period the day after I had sex and also had a very sore tender clitoris and a small, abrasion looking patch to the right of my clitoris..not a bump and no puss or anything just very irritated. I am not sure what mine is either..no history of an STD ...Im very scared! =(
