Pain after sex

I had sex today...(wasn't my first time) it was with my ex of two years so I do trust him. Anyways we tried out a bunch of different positions and had sex for over an hour. I don't stay wet forthat long so it was stop and go alot. But now even hours later it's very painful just to even walk. It wasn't painful right away after we got done.
It's like a burning feeling. And I just looked and my vagina is all red like there are cuts and like the outside is swollen. What does this mean and how can I help it feel better?

Yes that is true about a STD not showing up the next day, at min. 2 days.

If your able to have sex then your able to see a Dr and take care of issues your having. better to see a Dr now then to let something go and have you back here in 6-8 months with some bigger problems.

It just started last night after the sex. And it has never happenedd to me before. My ex was saying even if he had an STD hypothetically he said it wouldn't show up that soon.. Idk if that's true or not though?
I've been hearing alot that it's probably because of not being wet enough and the friction causing irritation especially since we went for so long. But I'm not sure... I used vagiguard for irritation so hopefully that will help -and Ive been icing.
Thanks for the help.. I would go to the dr but I still live at home so it's extremely awkward and uncomfortable to talk about

See a Dr, might be irritation or an infection with the discharge.

Sound slike irritation from not being wet enough. Just take time to heal.
Did you use a condom?
