How can I know what disease I have ?

last year i asked this question :
I am male 28 years old
I had sex three times with the same female sex worker
The first was on 01/07/2022, protected sex, but unprotected oral sex
The second was on 16/08/2022 and it was unprotected oral sex only
The third was on 02/09/2022, it was protected sex and unprotected oral sex
On 19/08/2022, it appeared like acne on my back, it was so  much , and I felt a slight pain in the middle of the penis, so I did p24 antigen/body test for hiv on  22/08/2022, and all the results appeared negative
On  27/08/2022, I had a cold, and I felt a lack of concentration with the continuation of  pain in the penis, and there became  little pain on both sides of the testicles.
i did urine anlayis there was Leukocytes in the urine and small increase protin, and I did an HIV test, and the result was negative. The doctor told me that there was an infection, and he gave me an anti-inflammatory that I did not stick to. After a month, urination became more difficult, and I felt a high temperature, and it was continuously 37.2, so I went to the doctor and did a full blood test, and the results were normal as well. The CRP test was 0.8 md/l, and the doctor told me there was a slight infection, so I did Urine culture analysis and the results were completely normal, although there was a rise in the number of white blood cells in the urine.
and after you answered me that there was a possibility that I had a sexually transmitted disease, I went to the doctor again and asked to do some tests. The doctor did a urine culture analysis and bacterial cultures for the semen, and the result was clear, there were no bacteria. He told me that I had chronic non-bacterial prostatitis that could not be treated. Finally, after three months, they noticed that there was something inside my neck like a pea. I could hold it with my fingers and I could move it, but it did not hurt. So I went to the doctor and he gave me an anti-inflammatory, and when I finished the anti-inflammatory, it did not disappear. It has been as it has been in my neck for six months, neither getting bigger nor smaller, and by the way. I did the home HIV test for the third time, that is, after nine months, and the result was negative. After that, I went to the doctor. Qafam had the CBC tested and everything was normal. Then I tested for potassium, sodium, creatinine, urea, and glucose, and the results were normal. They also analyzed the PSA, and the results were also normal, and the CRP. It was also normal, but my temperature still does not drop below 37, and I feel a disturbance in my tone (I went to the ophthalmologist and everything was normal), and I have pain in the neck area (slight pain).
Is it possible that the HIV test (knowing that I have stopped having sex since the beginning of my illness, that is, a year and a half ago) is wrong three times, or that sexually transmitted diseases do not appear in urine cultures or semen cultures? The issue of this disease has destroyed me psychologically. Please help, thank you.

You could not get HIV from your encounters. HIV is only transmitted by unprotected vaginal, unprotected anal and sharing iv needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. So, there was no risk ever for hiv

"chronic non-bacterial prostatitis" is a real thing. I had it. Youtube CPPS stretches and do these, that is what helped. It is also made worse with stress and anxiety which you obviously have.

This NOT due to an STI. We know this now so move away from this and try to relax. You NEVER had a risk of HIV and HIV is not spread via the oral route.
