Hi, freaking out!

Hi there,

I received protected-ish oral from a sex worker in a not so good country for HIV.  I say protected-ish because she put the condom on with her mouth and proceeded to receive oral for about 10-20 second before I stopped her and told her to leave.  It's been ~7 days and I show worrying symptoms (in my mind), but I'm also panicking really really hard (panick began day after encounter).  Here are my symptoms:

-36 hours after, felt feverish (however everytime I've checked my temp, even with similar feelings, I'm normal).
-48 hours after (continuing for two days), leg muscles around my knees feel weak and watery (panic symptoms?)
-Today and yesterday, some intermittant testicular pain, which feels like the right one is being tugged or in an uncomfortable position.
-A red streak that runs from my circumcision (sp?) area 1" down towards the base of my shaft.  Does not really go away when stretched.  Doesn't itch or hurt.
-Sweating easily, kind of lethargic (panic symptoms again?)
-NO discharge, burning urination, uncomfortable ejaculation, or sores. (how extreme is the pain with these things?)
-Cannot get erect (panic symptom?)

I feel like this is a mostly harmless encounter, and I think that my panic is creating most of this.  All of my friends say that I'm fine, however I just can't shake the feeling that something's terribly wrong with me.  I'm very happily engaged (the cicumstances of my encounter were very strange, and I obviously didn't want to do it).  My questions to the community are as follows:

-Do you think that I've contracted any STD's?  What am I at risk for?
-What STD's can I test for after 2 weeks?
-HIV just scares the hell out of me.  What chance do I have in an encounter like this (where I bet she undoubtedly had it) of contracting it?  I saw no sores but didn't see the inside of her mouth.
-Is all of this mostly me just flipping out?

Your help is very much appreciated.

You had no STD risk. You had protected oral sex.

Post in the HIV forum if you want more info on HIV.

Howdy,

I'm responding with some odd results from my testing.

Around day 9 onwards I had low grade fever (>99.5 F), testicular pain, knee weekness/pain and body itching (w/o welts or rash).

At day 12, the doctor at the ER (it was a long weekend and I wanted to get this over with) diagnosed me with sexually related epididymitis, despite a clean ultrasound and urine sample.  Another swab type test for ch and gon (as well as syph and HIV from a blood test) came back negative.

They recommended that I check up with my PCP.  He says that epididimytis can be caused by any number of things other than STDs and to just calm down.  I've been taking Cipro (and they gave me a shot and some pills at the hospital) which seem to have been helping.

Anyways, what do y'all think that was? (today's day 21, btw)
