I screwed up and had unprotected oral sex with a woman I picked up from a bar last night.

I would not panic, chances are you are fine, just go to your family doctor and he will do blood work (a full std check up).
If you was to have a bacteria I strongly advise you to not use the bacteriacide type antibiotic and go for bacteriastatic antibiotics which are much safer.(Important).
Very unlikely this event will become an important issue just check it up.
