Does I have an STD?

So I have this rash consisting of large, red bumps. They are mainly on my hips, inner thigh near my groin, and in my pubic hair area. However a few moved up above my belly button, on the top of my butt, and I have a fair amount underneath my armpits. Are there any STD's that exhibit this behavior? I tested negative for scabies

Hi what your describing are not symptoms of any std but would appear some kind of allergic reaction.
