Could I show symptoms of an STD less than 24 hours after oral sex?

I am a male that has sex with men. Recently I had oral sex with a new partner (two days ago). It was unprotected and we both performed the act on one another. He also licked my anus, and we kissed afterwards. The next day I had a sore throat, swollen lymph glands, and body aches. I’m extremely worried I may have an STD. I also had two brief encounters of oral sex with two men a few weeks ago (with no ejaculate in any of these situations). Could I possibly have gotten HIV from one of the first two guys? If I were to have an STD in my rectum, could it have been passed to my throat by kissing?
