I really need help

i have a protected sex on sunday but the problem is oral sex which she gave me. After 2 days seem there is blister inside the penis skin. i had checked with doc and he not sure is it std but he gave me a roxellin injection on my butt and antibiotic. there is no pain during urine and no itch at all. The blister only obvious when i pull down the skin and is just a small part of it on the inner skin. There is no sores or ulcers on the head. Today is already the 4th days and i very worry cause i don wan to caught with std. Please help me out.

Alrite i will be seeing the doctor this saturday for the cholesterol problem. Will be around this forum to pick up and learn more about healthy living.

Oh and don't play around with the high blood pressure.  That can be far more serious than 99% of stds, so follow up about that, and take the meds if you need to.

very happy that finally the std doctor confirm that my blood test do not have std, vd or hiv infection but only have very super high cholesterol that probably need to take medication for life. Thank you grace and aj during this period.

During this period of time lot of thing had been running in my head, scared that i will infect my love one, emotional is being very low. Life is short, no matter i got it or not the most important thing is to appreciate and spend more time with family. I also had learn the value of life and there is no point u earn lots of money but lack of health.

Whoever reading this if u suspect that u have any sign of std, please confront your doctor rather spending time searching for photo and other irrelevant information that will scared u out. thank you for the support aj, vance and grace.

finally i found a doctor that is expert in std, after reading the medical report and a look at the infected area. He suggest me to have a blood test to reconfirm the result. Need to wait another 5 days..........really hope for the best

Doctor had already used electric thing to clear the small dot when i first found out but now seem it spread to the normal skin area. I have no cream or medication now and scared that the biopsy don reveal anything except HPV. Since the first day i found out the little dot, i already search the whole web site picture or anything related but came back zero. I had found few people posted having the same problem.

Went to few doctors for clarification and all came back "Not really sure what is it". All also asking the same question: 1. do u feel itch. ans : NO 2. do u have pain during urination. ans: NO.  3. do u have blood during urination ans: NO.

I really hope to know what i having at my inner foreskin cause i don wan to spread it to my beloved one. I planning propose to her at the end of this year, hope thing can faster clear up.

A biopsy will not detect HIV. Why are you concerned about HIV, your risk was like zero. I do not know about herpes.

i would like to understand something more about biopsy.

1. Can biopsy detect herpes or HIV ? As i know it already detect HPV, if it cannot detect this two virus then i think need to do a blood test after 90 days.

anyway thank you grace for the reply. I have done a search at web for those scientis words.....HPV is the result and is nothing to worry unless i got flower at my penis..........anyway i will go to skin specialist to get some medication and cream to ensure faster heal.

We can not intrepret biopsy results like that for you - it's outside of our realm of expertise here. You will either need to wait and follow up on it with your provider or you can take your results with you to another provider for a 2nd opinion.

i worry cause i did not find anything on the net that look similiar situation like mine that is why i worry for almost 10 days. My report came back like this:

Micro
Section show skin composed of epidermis and dermis. In some areas, koilocytosis is seen. Early acanthosis and papillomatosis are noted. There is no evidence of malignancy

Interpretation:

Penile biopsy: features are consistent with viral wart changes

Please let me know is it serious ?? when i went there today morning the doctor is very busy because got one operation going on. So he just talk to me and explain in less than 3 to 5 mins, this make me worry cause there is no medical or cream for me at all.

it doesn't sound like anyone thinks this was due to herpes.  I'm not quite sure why they did what they did but I'm guessing that it wasn't an ordinary fluid filled blister which is why they felt the need to biopsy it.  there's no reason to suspect herpes from everything you've posted as being the cause of this.

ok the test result is back and the doc say no herpes.........wat a relief but got genital wart (HPV). The doc did not prescribe any medication for me and say will heal by it self in another 4 to 6 weeks time. So should i trust him or take my report to another doc to check and get some medication??

One more question to ask is BIOPSY test accurate or i need to do another blood test ??

Never a silly question on here.
The risk is low, but there is still a risk. Now you can only pass something if you have it orally. You can get something if he has is in his penis.

I would like to ask some silly question regarding oral sex since i waiting for my report and wound to be heal.

What is the chance and type of STD that can be caught during unprotected oral sex?? Since most penetration have condom to protect but oral sex usually will have no protection at all. Hope my silly question can be answer.

Hi Aj,

I went to the urology to check out the blister today, doctor not sure what is it cause the blister is too small to give me any correct answer.

So i ask him to do a culture for me but he said need to cut off a small piece of the infected skin to microscope it and also he said since we in the operation theatre why not clear the blister off by using something like laser machine. I now having a penis that is being stich up and also blister that now turn to be black and red which is abit awarkd.

The result will come back in ten days. So at the mean time i need to worry and also bear the pain, i double confirm with the doc about the blister and he ask me not to worry is nothing bad as what i think. I really hope the result will be good......

nope is still the same frm day 1, alrite i will go back to check with the doc tommorow. I got very thirsty and dizzy after eating the antibiotic, should i cont wit the medication?

Has the blister started to heal?  If it hasn't, then you can certainly try and get it cultured.

The blister look more like rash or tiny dot cause i don see any watery or feel it when touching.

If he wants you to go back in 3 months for blood work, he is probably thinking herpes is a possibility.

Its very unfortunate that he didn't culture this, as that could have given you an answer now.  However, it might not be herpes.

nope he just have a look and say is not that serious but i very worry. I got mild fever after taking the antibiotic and feel abit dizzy too. The blister very small and not group together is just sprate all around the inner skin. what should i do now ?
