I think I have an STD

After 3 or 4 years of observation i have had these small bumps that look like goose bumps on my penis that have stayed the same the whole time i was observing them. Recently i have noticed more of them where the head of my penis and the shaft meet. They are only noticable when i have an erection. I also have these small discolored areas on the head of my penis in about eight or nine spots that could almost pass for a bunch of birth marks. I suspect that it is a sign of an STD. I dont have any pain but do have some iching sensations rarely around the base of my penis. I have only had sexual relations with a woman once but have had this about two years before hand. I didnt worrie about it being an STD untill now. Im very young and in a relationship were my partner wants to have sex. I have not had sex with her because of my strange looking penis. I dont not want to give it to her if it is an STD. Can someone please help me and tell me what i should do about this? Is it an STD or is it just a birth defect. I would appreciate anyones answer. Thank you.

See a Dr, bumps can be many things often not a STD and for something to be around for 3-4 years...it's time to see a Dr for a proper diagnosis.
