HIV risk answered, any comments on other STD's please?

This was posted over on the HIV forum and got an unequivocal NO RISK answer, but I suspect that was an HIV specific response only. Please could someone post their opnions on the risk of STD besides HIV?

"On a business trip, I was a bit drunk and picked up a girl of unknown STD status in a bar in Hong Kong. the encounter was fully condom protected from pretty much the time our clothes came off (soon as I got hard I put it on). I received some oral (fully protected and not very long/deep or vigourous) and also inserted just the tip of my erection very briefly into her v****a about 3 times. Never deeper than an inch or so - I made very sure none of my groin skin ever touched hers.

I was more enjoying the sight of her naked body and masturbating with the condom on. I then caressed/massaged/kissed her body a bit, definitely no oral from my side, fingered her v****a a little (the skin on my hands is healthy without cuts) and then decided I'd had enough, so I removed the condom and masturbated/finished on her chest, while she masturbated herself. Only worry there is I used the same hand I had fingered her with but it was definitely dry by then.

At no point did ANY part of her body (not even her hands) touch my unprotected erection. The condom was properly used and was fully intact when removed. I checked visually and with the (unneccessary) water balloon test.

Any risk of any HIV/STDs? Was 10 (now 13) days ago and no symptoms of anything yet. After doing a LOT of reading it seems this was a safe encounter, but my anxiety is getting the better of me and I'm struggling to separate the guilt/fear from the medical facts. It seems I might have been at some risk especially for Syphilis or HSV II from the fingering/masturbating situation? Any (educated) comments appreciated, thanks. "

Not to discount Vance's answer or knowledge (thanks Vance), Grace could you perhaps give your opinion on this encounter? Thank you both for your work helping everyone here.
