Stressed out

Hi,
Recently I've had episodes of worries for HIV and STD's however I seemed to forgot about the most widespread of them all, HPV. I had recieved protected anal and given unprotected oral sex august 2008, since then I've had 3 mutual masturbation encounters. I am worried now because I noticed some tiny little bumps in the upper back of my mouth, could that be some sort of wart caused by my oral encounter last year? Also, I popped the two tiny bumps (probably very stupid), and it started bleeding for a short time, might I have spread the virus to other parts of my mouth?

Thanks

Oral HPV at best is rare. Only real advice I could give is to see a Dr for those bumps.
