I’m stupid

I had sex with someone a few days ago (oral sex) and he ejaculated in my mouth without using a condom. Until now, I feel some discomfort in my throat and general fatigue. Is it possible that I am infected with HIV or other sexually transmitted diseases?

At this point, you need to visit a clinic to determine the cause of any medical issues, and to get tested if you want to. Our members are not able to diagnose the cause of your red dots.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You didn't have a risk for HIV, and even if you had, symptoms don't show up in a few days.

I'll let the STD experts address your STD risk.

I am 19 years old and I am living in Hong Kong.
How I act to prevent this even it’s seems that it can’t be work
The chances that you got oral gonorrhea, chlamydia or syphilis - the only STDs you can get from giving an STD - are low.

Syphilis wouldn't give you any symptoms yet, so you can rule that out.

At 7 days, you can test for gonorrhea and chlamydia with a throat swab, but be sure to ask your doctor for those tests specifically. They won't test for them with a regular throat swab.

Most of the time, these give you no symptoms. Is it possible this is just anxiety?
Hopefully it’s just a anxiety but I still will check it at hospital after few day
Unless in HK you go to a hospital for regular things, you don't need a hospital. Just go to a regular doctor. This is not that serious.
In Hong Kong,  some clinics provide the free STDs test under the HK department of health it seems free for HK person
Oh got it. Go there, then. :)
Today, i find some Red dot on my forearm, which is very small and no pain and no itchy, i don’t know that is what reaction.
